Flame Thrower Limb
Yet another new mutation. This sometimes occurs instead
of an arm or in this case as an extra appendage. Its a
lethal weapon as far as a flame ejector but is also
heavy and rock hard and makes a great bludgeon, too.

Flesh Grenades
You can thank Brandon Goeringer for the idea for this
somewhat gross mutation. Highly explosive fleshy lumps
are torn from the deviant’s own torso, squished to mix
the inner compounds, and then thrown to detonate like a
grenade. Gonzo goodness!
